Devices are taken apart by hand. Boards, batteries and wires are separated so reusable parts can be recovered and hazardous materials removed.

Crushing

E-waste is shredded, then magnets, eddy current separators and air classifiers sort ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics and glass.

Compacting

Plastics, packaging and ferrous metals are compacted to free storage and make transport, handling and recycling more efficient.
